If I haven't said it before I'll say it now.

A big plus is age, I'm not saying I wont give a young kid a chance....I'm just saying I get stoked to see older players wanting to join the Retreat.

Why? Older players (for the most part) are obviously more mature, they are less likely to be selfish and seem more cooperative.

Also it seems older players are steady reliable and stay the course if you take my meaning.
